Broken Rules Zone is a level in Sonic.exe: One Last Round. It is the fifth level in Tails' file if he manages to escape from Sonic.OMT in the previous level, Hide & Seek Zone. It hasn't got any escapes. Broken Rules Zone is based on Lava Reef Zone from Sonic & Knuckles. Upon reaching the end of the level, Tails will stop at a large lake of lava. Sonic.OMT will suddenly appear behind Tails and grab him. He growls "This is what happens to people who break the rules!" before dunking Tails' face int
